At Regal Pickles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium quality pickles, spices, and masalas with proper packaging and freshness. If you face any issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging is tampered with
- Missing items in the order
- Product received in poor condition
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Taste preferences or personal dislikes
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Refund approval: Within 3–5 business days
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days depending on bank/payment gateway
In some cases, we may provide:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
based on the nature of the issue.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement without additional shipping charges after verification.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Damaged Product Claims
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

- Product images
- Packaging images
- Short description of the issue
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Refund Exceptions
Regal Pickles reserves the right to reject refund or return requests if:
- Policy conditions are not met
- Evidence provided is insufficient
- Product appears used or tampered with
